My name is Francis Jerome Shea. I have been practicing both Federal and State law for the past three decades. Before that I was a financial analyst with a major American automobile manufacturer and an auditor with a National CPA firm. From this experience I bring to the practice of law a personal discipline and ability to analyze and resolve your particular legal situation.

In reference to the most serious criminal cases I am one of only a few lawyers in north Florida that has the training and trial experience to be approved by the Court to participate in Capital cases involving the death penalty or life in prison. I have associated with my firm an experienced criminal defense team to defend Capital crimes cases.

No matter how complex, my firm has successfully completed hundreds of Immigration cases, representing family and investment petitions to major asylum and deportation hearings before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
